My Gaming Bio – Startup Story of Charlie’s Blog

My appreciation for the gaming industry stems from a number of PC games that I played in beginning about 10 years ago. I ultimately moved up to “big child games” like The Sims and Rollercoaster Tycoon after starting with such endlessly enjoyable Humongous Entertainment game brands as Pajama Sam and Freddie Fish. When I was 11 years old, I got my first gaming console, a GameCube. Luigi’s Mansion was my very first game. Because I found the sensation of immersing in another universe to be so attractive, I knew from the start that video games would continue to be a never-ending inspiration and enjoyment for years to come.

I’ve always kept mostly to Nintendo gaming, perhaps as a result of my creative years. Later on, I bought a Gameboy Advance, a DS, and a Wii. The Pokemon video game series and the Legend of Zelda series are my two all-time favorite franchises. Super Smash Bros., Okami, Pikmin, Metroid Prime, and a few Mario platformers like Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy are just a few of my other favorite Nintendo titles.

I’ve always thought of myself as a lone gamer. This, I believe, is due to the fact that my favorite feature of playing video games is the chance to completely lose myself in an imaginary setting. My personality is the requirement for this blog site that allow me to keep connection with other people and the world around me. Playing video games and using a lot of PC components urges to guide peoples with my expertise.

But that doesn’t mean I don’t love playing video games with others; in fact, I appreciate myself as a good, old-fashioned Super Smash Bros. ass-whooping as much as anyone. I indicated before that I have a tendency toward individualism when it comes to gaming, but the truth is that I am incredibly competitive. Therefore, for the sake of my personal interest, I need a support from all my audience to encourage my blogging platform.

I’ve experimented in a little multiplayer PC gaming, although I’m somewhat constrained by the fact that my computer is a Mac. My current favorite games are Call of Duty, Far Cry, Bioshock, Borderlands 2, and Civilization IV (which has swiftly ascended to the ranks of my all-time favorites).

I believe that if I had to express what video games truly mean to me, I would emphasise that they are an art form rather than a game or competition. While titles like The Legend of Zelda and Metroid Prime will always hold a particular place in my heart. I’ll compare Bioshock to another shooter, like Call of Duty, to make my case. In the latter, it seems to me that the only objective of the game is to play the competition at all costs, which is a gaming style that has always seemed a little boring to me.

The art-deco, underwater city setting is one of the most amazing scenes I could ever conceive, the tale is engrossingly deep, and attention to details like music and voice acting make its fantastical world even more amazing.

For me, playing video games will always be a breathtakingly lovely, captivating, and nostalgic past time. They have interaction, exploration, spatial and temporal flexibility, and more, which I believe gives them artistic and creative possibilities unmatched by any other medium. The most innovative games are the ones that have the biggest effects on me because I value completion, aesthetics, and story more than rivalry, scoring, or social engagement.

But don’t think, I don’t participate in multiplayer games! Please be aware that if there is a shooter, I will be the one up in the tower admiring the scenery and thinking about the furnishings (slightly at the expense of my teammate). And yes, I will undoubtedly make use of a rocket launcher.
