Motherboard Support | E-ATX, ATX, Micro ATX, Mini ITX |
Expansion Slots | 11 |
Drive Mounts | 6x Internal 3.5″/2.5″ 3x Internal 2.5″ |
Dimensions (HxWxD) | 23.62 x 9.76 x 21.65 inches |
Corsair has introduced a high-end version of their well-known and popular iCUE line with the new Full Tower model called the iCUE 7000X RGB. The new tower case from Corsair offers a subtle futuristic design without compromising features or performance.
If you need a motherboard tray or top-mounted 240mm radiator to help keep all or just a few key components cool, then the 7000X will become your next main attraction.
Build Quality
The Corsair iCUE RGB is among the best PC cases for high-end gaming, with build quality quite impressive for their price range. The tempered glass looks great, and the darkening effect makes a good first impression as well. For a build that’s already very sleek, it’s nice to know that both the metal and tempered glass used around this chassis is made of high-quality materials, too.
Features
The 7000X gives users the option to mount three 3.5″ hard drives or SSDs in its bay section and can be easily changed out via a two sliding tray. An additional three 2.5″ hard drive mounts present on this case offer expansion potential that will keep most computer configurations running smoothly without missing a beat.
The iCUE 7000X comes with the Commander Core XT, which provides six fan connectivity. The RGB variant has another fan controller that gets power from the power supply.
Cooling
Surprisingly, the pre-installed 140 mm fans seemed to push a great deal of air in and out of the case, and the liquid-cooled radiator cooled the exhaust streams. While running our tests, we thankfully noticed that temperatures stayed in check for most components with room to spare.
If we decide we need more fans at some point, especially on the motherboard tray, there should be no worries about the heat developing here. This high airflow PC case can handle serious builds with ease.
Versatility
Overall, this is a well-constructed chassis that offers plenty of room for your hardware, including water cooling options. With four 140mm fans included alongside the Commander Core XT fan controller and RGB control hub, you can get right to the business of setting up your system with everything you need to make it beautiful. You can customize your setup by adding or removing components.

The Enthoo Evolv X is more of a culmination of what we’ve come to expect from an Enthoo product: versatility and beauty, yet also excellent performance, and sensible aesthetics. Although it’s typical for many mid-tower cases to hold support for E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, the Evolv X goes even further by adding dual system support on top of that powerful list.
Design
The Phanteks Enthoo Evolv X Midi-Tower comes with eye-catching tempered glass side panels easily open on hidden hinges. You can take off the door entirely to give adequate room for the assemblage of the hardware.
These panels also have rubber seals on their edges, ensuring no dust enters the system’s interior. Magnets keep these doors closed during transport to ensure extra measures are put in place to secure them and ensure proper airflow within the system.
Cooling
There are three 120mm slots and two 140mm slots up top. Radiators are easy to accommodate for this space, with possibilities extending up to 360 mm long if using 140 mm fans. It already provides plenty of flexibility to cover the area, not only for making your water cooling arrangements.
However, you can set your heart at ease knowing that there is sufficient airflow to go around for any type of setup you choose to use. These are the best PC cases for water cooling 2021 due to their extending possibilities of cooling mechanisms.
Features
The Evolv X RGB PC case features an impressively modular storage design. The case can accommodate up to four storage brackets, three of which are 3.5″/2.5″ compatible. They come in pairs that can also be locked together for greater convenience when installing the drives.
On top of that, they are easier to use either with or without the PSU shroud closed, allowing you ample configuration adjusts according to how much internal space you have available.
Cable Management
Wired connections are manageable with the aid of some Velcro straps that comes in the package. They are always preferable to plastic zip ties, as they might need to get removed at any given time to add or replace individual cables, which you won’t have to do if you use some straps instead for this purpose.
Versatility
Overall, the Evolv X is a stunning case with practically every feature you could ask for at an affordable price. We are huge fans of the upgraded cable management features, which make this unit unlike any other. USB 3.1 ports, RGB lighting, excellent water cooling support, and exceptional storage capabilities can make it the best choice among the best PC cases.

3) Dark Base 700 Best ATX Case
Support | Specs |
Form Factor | Mid Tower |
PSU Support | ATX |
Motherboard Support | E-ATX, ATX, Micro ATX, Mini ITX |
Expansion Slots | 9 |
Drive Mounts | 3x Internal 3.5″/2.5″ 9x Internal 2.5″ |
Dimensions (HxWxD) | 20.43 x 9.49 x 21.42 inches |
The Dark Base 700 comes with a wealth of features that make it stand out in the competition. The modular design allows you to store your hardware with the motherboard in either orientation. It comes with insulating mats for both side panels and lids.
There’s also an integrated fan controller where you can adjust how much air your fans should give your CPU or GPU, allowing it to either be blazing fast or whisper quiet.
Features
The Dark Base 700 is nearly identical to the 900 with a few positive changes. It comes with a USB 3.1 slot and a fan controller with a small button for changing the lighting color. By discarding the USB 2.0, it indeed lost a few USB ports, but the overall upgrade is satisfying for futuristic upgrades. The fan controller can modify the settings and comes with plenty of auto modes for handling the fan operation.
Design
The case itself is as clean as a whistle for those that appreciate subtlety and simplicity. Thanks to a lack of handles, grilles, and fan holes, one could go as far as to say it’s even stripped down in terms of its streamlined design. The top panel does provide some variety compared to the rest of the unit, thanks to multiple air vents on either side, allowing additional cooling support. At its core, there remains an overall uniform appearance which is ultimately neat.
Cable Management
A shroud over the power supply creates convenient room for sloppy cabling, but it is possible to bundle responsibly behind the motherboard tray. Three strategically-placed cutouts along the front edge of the motherboard help users route cables correctly.
There is ease for cable management even when our USB 3.0 header happens to have a convenient place in an area that makes it difficult to reach. An empty 3.5″ bay can also allow users to route cables if you are planning to use an E-ATX motherboard that takes some serious space with all components installed.
RGB Lighting
The 700 Front is a case that offers stunning RGB lighting. It includes comfortable lighting effects that are easily adjustable to suit your mood. Not only does the color stand out, but the aesthetics of its design are stunning. This strip lighting makes the interior look great while delivering consistency throughout the length.
Versatility
Dark Base 700 best ATX case is a work of art. It combines functionality, performance, and aesthetics ideally in a chassis with thoughtful design. There are so many little details and the glass side panel that come together to create an exterior that will have anyone who sees it marveling at its design.

CoolerMaster has been one of the leaders in developing products that keep us cool for over two decades in the cooling industry. The Cooler Master Cosmos C700P is an admirable representation of the brand’s pedigree for making some of the best cooling products on the market.
Build Quality
The build quality of this good PC case is relatively robust, and it shines brightly considering everything has constructed metal. The materials used here are what make the difference and create a superior-quality product. There are many magnets for easy opening, three 140mm fans included, and LED lights that illuminate the interior in many different ways. You can add more later on, too, with endless possibilities available to you.
Design
The Cosmos C700P features a massively curved tempered glass side panel that allows full viewing inside the case. The tempered glass is slightly tinted, which does not look blacked out, as we have seen in some other cases, which is excellent for superior aesthetics.
A flexible layout caters to several different layouts; conventional, Chimney, inverse, or you can customize your layout according to your liking. You can also take out the motherboard tray to mount the motherboard outside of the case. Now that’s what we call flexibility.
Cooling
The Cooler Master Cosmos C700P is among the best PC cases and offers a wide spectrum of choices for liquid cooling support. In terms of mounting, there is a flat radiator bracket that, during installation, can be used on the front, top, or bottom frames. In addition, two extra brackets come with the package, which supports a combined total of radiators measuring up to 402mm in size.
Features
The Cooler Master C700P is a full tower ATX case with the ability to house a full-sized motherboard with lots of space for airflow and cable management. It offers a 10.6″ motherboard fit that some people may mistake with their deep boards having a 13″ fit. If you are looking for housing the 13″ boards, you may need to switch for a larger PC case.
Cooler Master always delivers when it comes to their case lineup. The Cosmos C700P is the culmination of years of knowledge and design expertise. It is well-designed, roomy, amazingly well built, and makes for exceptional cable management. The case gives you many options for cooling radiators and space for separate air conditioning systems. The Cosmos even gives room for multiple motherboards to standard ATX or Micro-ATX builds.

5) Lian Li Lancool II Mesh Best Airflow PC Case
Support | Specs |
Form Factor | Mid Tower |
PSU Support | ATX |
Motherboard Support | E-ATX, ATX, Micro ATX, Mini ITX |
Expansion Slots | 7 |
Drive Mounts | 3x Internal 3.5″/2.5″ 6x Internal 2.5″ |
Dimensions (HxWxD) | 19.45 x 9.02 x 18.82 inches |
The Lian Li Lancool II Mesh has been a joy to take for a test ride. It has thoughtful features, a practical design that manages airflow, and great looks for multiple PWM fans. Overall, this case performs well in many categories and packs a lot of value despite its affordable cost.
This best airflow PC case would make a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a stylish case packed with intelligent features at an unbeatable price.
Design
There are lots of things to love about the Lian Li Lancool II Mesh after seeing it firsthand. One of the coolest features is that it comes with swivel tempered glass on its left and right sides. The glass panel does not vibrate and shake due to the little magnets and pegs that keep the glass placed with the body.
The magnets are strong to keep the glass attached and latch them nicely for a perfect grip. The power supply doors are easy to remove with the help of four screws on both sides. But you cannot completely open them, and they maintain the shape even you lift the case.
Cooling
Lancool II Mesh includes two 140 mm fans at the front and one 120 mm fan to cool your system rear. It is a great option for people who are looking to have optimal airflow in their case. The 140 mm fans are PWM fans and come with a 3-speed fan controller allowing you to better manage your cooling system based on the makeup of your components.
Maintenance
This system doesn’t come with a filter at the front, which increases the airflow. It will generate more dust build-up in the system. However, it is a slight compromise that you’ll have to be willing to make for the performance benefits. It also allows for the convenience of being able to open up the panels easily for maintenance.
Cable Management
Cable management is a serious design issue with many manufacturers. Lian Li takes the time to address the issue. We love their Lancool II Mesh case because it showcases a clean and tidy look due to its excellent cable management.
Normally, we don’t like dual tempered glass cases due to poor cable management. Lian Li has done such a great job of keeping things tidy. Thanks to their advanced cable management system, we found ourselves asking why more cases don’t do it like this.
Final Verdict
If you’re searching for a case that isn’t very large and spacious for ATX components, we recommend that you strongly consider the Lancool II Mesh. It lacks the original bling, but it is simply peerless in terms of specifications and features. It is a solid choice among the best PC cases in 2021.

6) Dark Base PRO 900 Rev.2 Desktop Cases
Support | Specifications |
Form Factor | Full Tower |
PSU Support | ATX |
Motherboard Support | E-ATX, ATX, Micro ATX, Mini ITX |
Expansion Slots | 8 |
Drive Mounts | 2x External 5.25″ 5x Internal 3.5″/2.5″ 2x Internal 2.5″ |
Dimensions (HxWxD) | 27 x 13 x 26 inches |
There is no doubt that Dark Base PRO 900 Rev.2 is a great case for enthusiasts who love to build a super-powerful rig with countless variations. If you plan to construct an E-ATX or XL-ATX based system, don’t hesitate to utilize this chassis. It has a fantastic internal design consisting of adjustable partitioning, liquid cooling capabilities and supports the most promising consumer hardware on the market today.
Build Quality
The original Dark Base Pro 900 Rev. 2 seemed to market itself on its look, which was by all accounts very premium, especially for the price. The company’s use of aluminum, ABS plastic, and steel throughout is uncommon, but the result is quite impressive.
Unlike most other cases, Cooler Master’s best desktop cases elected to hide their front panel dust filter behind a door held in place by two screws and magnets. The panel manages to house three fans that operate silently due to the inherent design of the case.
Design
Aside from housing a removable panel covering fan mounts and an additional filter, Dark Base Pro 900 Rev.2 holds a Qi wireless charger conveniently located near the top. There are also a few vents on both sides of this particular area of the case to help aid with heat dissipation from any installed fans and radiators beneath. There aren’t many differences from competitors aside from its swappable design looking towards the back of the chassis.
Features
The front panel on this model is where things get pretty interesting. This panel has the option of charging your compatible smartphone while you’re using it without having to use any cables. You just lay your smart device on the panel, and it begins to fill up automatically with power.
Other than that, you can still expect features like the two audio jacks, standard power button, and hard disk activity LED. It also has one USB 3.1 port, USB 3.0 ports, and another regular USB port for connecting accessories like flash drives or speakers.
Cooling
The case comes with three pre-installed fans, a dual 140mm Silent Wings 3 model fan on the front, and a single of the same fan on the rear for exhaust. This makes it possible to add up to four more 120mm fans in the front of the chassis.
Up top, we can add four 120mm fans or add another 140mm based one since there is an optional 5.25″ bracket included in the package. The cooling is up to the mark with the fans options you can add in the case.
Final Verdict
Base Pro 900 Rev. 2 is no stranger to greatness, which makes it an excellent choice for those who want to take advantage of the incredible roominess available in each of its eight expansion slots. For those unfamiliar with building their systems, this case is certainly one of the easier ones to work on.

Expansion Slots | 9 |
Drive Mounts | 6x Internal 3.5″/2.5″ 4x Internal 2.5″ |
Dimensions (HxWxD) | 21.34 x 9.45 x 18.66 inches |
Meshify is a product that’s great for people who enjoy versatile and convenient design. This chassis offers a clean design that may be a bit basic to some, but it ensures nothing short of exceptional. There’s no excessive lighting or flashy LEDs here either, just pure functionality provided, which helps keep things looking nice and neat inside your build.
Design
While looking at the outside of the chassis, it’s clear that this is a Fractal Design chassis. Their trademarked meshed front panel gives it an elegant yet subdued look without being too flashy. The Meshify 2’s minimalistic approach also results in an external design that isn’t cluttered with additional styling elements or lights but still offers plenty of options for connecting your hardware.
Cooling
The Meshify 2 comes with meshed metal, which means the fans keep the airflow, but they also have space to keep all your hardware cool. There are three 140mm fans included in your chassis. It has one fan at the back for exhaust air and two placed in the front to draw air for airflow.
There are many ways to make this case support a lot of fans if you plan accordingly. You can install an additional 140mm fan at the front, install three fans at the top, and install two more on the bottom. Alternatively, you can install another 120mm fan.
Cable Management
It’s important to run cables in a tidy manner. The Meshify 2 has plenty of features that facilitate this, including multiple channels for routing cables both along the back wall and on the right-hand edge of the motherboard tray. It leaves all of the drive bay connectors accessible when installing devices in the hot-swap bays at the front of the chassis too.
Lighting
There is no RGB lighting that comes built-in with this case besides the power indicator LED. However, you can add RGB fans and other components to make your build aesthetically pleasing. The side transparent tempered glass allows showcasing the inside hardware and RGB lighting. You can light up the interior with LED strips that look satisfying with the dark background panels.
Final Verdict
If you’re a fan of the Define R6 and R6S, then Fractal’s Meshify 2 is the excellent best budget PC case. It comes with a similar metal frame design as its predecessors, but it now features tempered glass panels on the side for further flair. Another feature they share is the solid construction which provides maximum stability and utility, making it suitable even for hardcore gaming or overclocking.

8) Fractal Design Define 7 Compact PC Cases
Support | Specifications |
Form Factor | Mid Tower |
PSU Support | ATX |
Motherboard Support | E-ATX, ATX, Micro ATX, Mini ITX |
Expansion Slots | 9 |
Drive Mounts | 1x 5.25″ 14x Internal 3.5″/2.5″ 4x Internal 2.5″ |
Dimensions (HxWxD) | 18.70 x 9.45 x 21.54 inches |
The Fractal Design Define 7 comes at the top due to its exquisite craftsmanship and futuristic features when you want a computer chassis that just does it all. The case combines a spacious interior layout that allows for an incredible room for your hardware components with a sleek design that looks great inside your workspace.
Design
Fractal Design Define 7 best-looking PC cases have the same design that we have seen in Define S, R5, and R6. If you have used any of these cases, chances are there that you confuse them with Define 7 on first impression. There are two layouts in Define 7: open and storage.
You can mount a pair of 3.5″ drives under a PSU tunnel in an open chamber design. Besides that, you can mount a couple of SSDs behind the motherboard tray quite neatly. In storage mode, you can move a portion of the hard drive dray to the opposite side and create a space to allow up to 14 HDDs in the chassis. This inverted drive tray acts for extra hard drive installation.
Cooling
The Fractal Design Define 7 comes with ventilator cooling, proudly boasting two 140mm Dynamic X2 GP-14 fans in the front and a single 140mm rear fan, conveniently located near the CPU socket for enhanced heat dissipation. The rear fan support both 120mm and 140mm fans. Collectively the case supports up to nine fans.
The Defines 7 are the best PC cases that can house four radiators when it comes to cooling with the top supporting 420mm radiator without an optical drive installed. 360mm is possible with an optical drive installed. The front has room for 360mm radiators. 280mm is possible in the front or bottom of the chassis, with a 120mm or 140mm AIO up to the CPU socket area in the exhaust fan location.
Cable Management
Cable management is fine. Even with the HDD cage installed, it’d be hard to create a scenario where the shroud wouldn’t fit every inch of slack cable. To help with this, Fractal has included a plastic shield that clips over the shroud opening to keep all the cables mashed in where they belong.
Since the steel side panel doesn’t need screws to get into place, there must be an extra reinforcement line to keep bulky cables from pushing the panel open. To that end, we’d like a couple of screw holes on either the plastic cover or the steel side panel to allow us the option to screw them down tightly.
Final Words
The Define 7 is oddly familiar, but it feels like everything is more refined. Controls are easier to access, the fans are quieter, cable management is better, and there’s more room for airflow. Fractal wasn’t messing around with this revision of the Define series. It offers everything that enthusiast case buyers want.

9) Phanteks Eclipse P360A PC Cases under 100
Support | Specs |
Form Factor | Mid Tower |
PSU Support | ATX |
Motherboard Support | E-ATX, ATX, Micro ATX, Mini ITX |
Expansion Slots | 7 |
Front I/O Ports | 2x USB 3.0 HD Audio In & Out |
Drive Mounts | 2x Internal 3.5″/2.5″ 3x Internal 2.5″ |
Dimensions (HxWxD) | 18.30 x 7.87 x 17.90 inches |
Phanteks P360A is a beautiful, moderately sized case with the perks you need at an affordable price. It wouldn’t be fair to highlight how well it does for this low price point. Because it comes with an included tempered glass window, two RGB fans, and even has PWM control, the Eclipse 360A serves as a wonderful option for any medium-level build.
Build Quality
The glass panel and sheet seem thin compared to the other best PC cases in this list. The external PSU shroud allows a smaller glass panel. However, these shortcomings cannot stop us from admiring the final look of the product. The paint job on this chassis is excellent. The RGB strip at the bottom of the panel and a well-manufactured mesh intake looks excellent for collective aesthetics and the build of the case.
Storage
The P360A is the best mid-tower case with an ATX motherboard and graphics cards 400mm long. As you can see, this case has a perfect design to contain powerful gaming systems. Regarding storage units, in this case, you’ll find plenty of options.
There is space for two 3.5″ trays to accommodate a 2.5″ drive in front of the motherboard. Behind the motherboard, you can easily mount two 2.5″ drives. This case allows for adding an optional bay for another 2.5″ drive.
RGB Connectivity
Phanteks 3-pin headers control LED strip and fan connectivity inside the case. However, you can override the built-in controller and install aftermarket RGB devices to the standard header. It allows you to connect additional RGB devices besides provided along with the case.
Cooling
Two RGB fans come along with the case. With liquid cooling support for a 240mm radiator at the top, you can appreciate the cooling ability of Phanteks P360A cases. You can install a 280mm radiator at the top, but with the vast majority of the motherboard, it can run into the VRM coolers. So, it is better to stick with a 240mm radiator for a clean look and solid cooling.
Cable Management
Cable management is simple in the P360A. A shroud keeps things looking tidy inside the main motherboard compartment, and there’s a channel for routing cables right behind it. Two velcro strips hold everything together to keep things orderly and neat without running the aesthetics and airflow of the case.
Noise Levels
The fan noise is completely bearable below 46dBA level at a distance of 0.5 meters. However, it dramatically changes when removing the front panel and increasing the fan speed to 100%. It results in better cooling and airflow while sacrificing the silent build and increasing the noise levels to 50dBA.
Final Verdict
Phanteks P360A is a good choice for those looking for the best PC cases under 100. It has enough features to fit your needs. The basics of air cooling and cable management make it more than worth the money at its price point. If you don’t want to overspend on your first-ever gaming PC this is the one we recommend.

H210i is another addition in the H series by NZXTR, designed for optimum airflow and cooling performance, making it perfect for building gaming machines. The NZXT H series is an extremely comfortable choice for assembling custom gaming rigs, taking into account factors such as cable management.
Design
The case’s motherboard panel features a full tempered glass panel held in place by an insert at the bottom of the case and secured to the base with a ball and socket. A captive thumbscrew at the back of the case holds everything in place. The overall design results in a clean and elegant finish with no thumbscrews protruding from the glass panel.
Cooling
NZXT has managed to perform well in the cooling department for this case despite the small form factor. It has a dual 120mm liquid cooling radiator at the open area passing into the PSU shroud. This system comes equipped with push and pull fans. The front is spacious enough to support dual 120mm or 140mm fans with easy removable tray installation.
Cable Management
The cable management system on the H210i is visually clean. It comes with a solid steel plate that is similar to the plates on top and front. Two thumbscrews hold the panel to the chassis at the rear. It has a sliding action to open, making it easier to manage the cable than a slide-style panel. You can keep the cable nice and tidy while having enough space for proper ventilation and cooling.
